Truly enjoyed superb breakfasts, and fairly clean hotel.
Came in Skaland to relax and have fun, this hip new hotel was fabulous base for doing it. The room I was given was immaculately clean with the terrace and a new bathroom, for instance. The staff was very friendly all the time. The property was in a central location by the sea. The food for breakfast was outstanding and excellent.

We chose this hotel for its central location to our hiking destinations. Our stay was initially for 2 days but we extended due to our positive experience. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided excellent recommendations for hikes. The breakfast included local specialties like salmon and caviar. The hotel also offers tasty home-cooked meals for lunch and dinner. The cottages are spacious with a kitchenette and open terrace. The surrounding area is remote and great for observing the midnight sun.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Skaland hotel was a charming and cozy place to stay. I loved the warm and inviting decor throughout the hotel, especially in the common areas where I could sit and relax. The comfortable chairs and sofas made it easy for me, as a senior, to rest and enjoy the atmosphere. The hotel was also very accessible, with well-lit hallways and elevators that made it easy for me to navigate.
I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the children working there when it came to carrying my luggage. While the staff was friendly and helpful overall, a little extra help with my bags would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.

We stayed at a cozy wooden house near the sea on the beautiful island of Senja. the location was perfect, as it allowed us to easily access the hiking areas we wanted to explore. the room was comfortable and clean, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing stay. the breakfast provided was amazing with a variety of fresh food options to choose from.
The internet connection in our room was poor, requiring us to go closer to the reception area for a better connection.

Located in a remote area of Senja island, ideal for observing midnight sun. Offers delicious breakfast with local specialties like salmon and caviar. Choose between hotel rooms or cottages with a kitchen and terrace. Nearby lighthouse and blue lagoon perfect for exploring. Conveniently situated with a shop and gas station in front.

The room at Skagi Senja Hotel & Lodge was perfect for me and my family. It was spacious and had everything we needed, like a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with a shower. We loved having a comfy chair and a small laptop table in the room, perfect for relaxing and catching up on emails.
The only thing I didn't like as much was the TV in the living area. It was just a personal preference, and others might still find enjoyment in it.
